Macrogen Inc. offers DNA sequencing using state-of-the-art
robotics and instrumentation to generate high quality sequence data
at affordable prices. We have successfully sequenced countless samples
of PCR products, plasmids, and BACs from clients all over the world,
and our DNA sequencing services are highly rated for their turnaround
time, quality of results, and competitive prices.

 |
It is the most typical single primer extension
service. Plasmid or PCR product template is read with your designated primer. |
General Sequencing |
| It is highly automated to allow rapid processing
of plasmids and PCR products. Samples can be sent as clones, un-purified
PCR products and purified DNA. |
|
For the customers with large number of samples processed
in 96-well plates, this will be a better option. "Plate Sequencing" refers
to the orders charged per one entire 96-well plate. Samples can be sent
as clones, un-purified PCR products and purified DNA. Plasmid DNA preparation
and PCR clean-up is included in the plate sequencing service.
* Note:
- The well to well variation of the concentration of your
samples is very important to get better results,
please keep it as constant as possible.
- Free retrial is not available for this service. Any retrial request will be
regarded as a new order of regular reaction.

1 primer / 1plate |
" 1 Primer / 1 Plate" refers to the orders
charged per plate.
To use this order, your samples should meet all of the following
criteria.
- Samples are sent to Macrogen pre-arranged in 96-well plate.
- One single primer should be applied to the whole plate,
so that we Macrogen can simply put the primers to the
corresponding sample
plate.
- No sample name is required, but plate name is enough for
this service.
We will provide the results as the following file name.
[Plate_name]-[Well_position]_[Primer_name].ab1
ex)
HCVNS5B-H05_SP6.ab1
BRCA2-D24_T7.ab1 |

multi
primers / 1plate |
"Multiple Primers per Plate Batch"is the order type where multiple primers can be used for the samples
arranged in a 96-well plate. For example, the first 48 samples can be sequenced using a forward primer
and the other 48 samples can be sequenced using a reverse primer.
If using three or more primers, please premix the samples and primers or arrange the primers
in another plate to pair the sample plate.
